4Great solution for dead "real" plants  Aug 30, 2011

In the shade of my front porch I have a planter in which nothing survives. After three years of buying different ferns and hosta, then watching my pricey plants wither and die, I did the unthinkable. I planted fake plants. Unfortunately when my gardening buddies find out about this I'll be booted from the group.

I purchased two packages of these bundles to fill a 2x12' space. They look as nice from the street as they do at the front door. My only "gripe" is that they are all one color, no variation in color or shade whatsoever. Someday I'll add a little fake foliage in a different shade of green, but overall I like these "ferns".
