The tree looks too fake and the quality is very poor for the price charged.

I like the way the palm tree looks, but I have trouble with the fronds. The bendable trunk has round holes in it where the fronds are inserted. I inserted the fronds with the trunk standing straight up. When I was finished, it looked really cool. Then I bent the trunk for a more realistic appearance, and all of the fronds swung to the lowest side. Suddenly my palm tree looked like it went through a hurricane. All of the fronds had swung to the low side of the tree, making the other 3/4 of the tree look empty. I tried calling customer service, but got no answer. I emailed them twice and got no response...even though they claim they will respond in 24 hours. I will be returning the tree due to lack of customer service.
