Well made, very realistic, easily assembled, and with its large size and dark green foliage it is a focal point in our large living room.

I agree ~ It's a "Keeper"! Apr 28, 2011
By daktari I have mine outside...I treated all the leaves with KRYLON-UV-Resistant Gloss Acrylic Spray which protects it from UV fading, dust, rain, etc...the acrylic spray comes in matte too, but I like the shiny look and if you shop around, you can find it for between $4 and $6 (some places actually sell it for up to $18!) Very nice looking palm tree, even realistic from a little distance! Yes, you have to come up with a way to pot it, but that's not all that difficult. I had a "half" size cinder block which I put inside my large flower pot (but a coffee can & plaster of paris or instant cement would work just as well) then I put the tree into the hole in the cinder block and filled the flower pot and inside the cinder block around the tree trunk with medium sized river rock which is not that expensive! Then I topped it off all around the top with rubber bark (crushed tire) which you can buy in just about any plant section especially this time of year. We get lots of windy days here in Oregon, but this pot/palm tree is not going anywhere!!

Beautiful Tree! Sep 07, 2011
By Marlene Tipton When this first arrived, I was a little shocked at how it looked un-assembled and was not sure this would turn out too good. But I went to our local pottery store, purchase a nice pot, a bag of decorative rocks and assembled the tree. It truly looks AMAZING. I have no reservations highly recommending this tree to anyone. Enjoy!!

Very nice looking Jun 02, 2011
By GreatGreen This is a very nice tree, especially at this price! The leaves are pretty and easy to shape. The only thing I may have been a little disappointed in is the height. I think it's 6 ft. if the upper leaves point stright up, but when they are bent naturally, it's around 5 ft. tall.
I agree that potting is a non-issue. I have bought trees that came with pots, and I always replace the pot anyway.

Nice Patio Piece Jan 23, 2012

We set this little tree in a large vase filled with plaster of paris. It looks great on our front porch and fits with in well with the Arizona landscape. It is easy to assemble and to arrange but does need periodic cleaning with a damp sponge or rag. Great buy at Amazon compared to the local stores.
