| By using and ordering products on our website, you agree to our return policy and legally bound by it. It may be amended or supplemented anytime and effective immediately. |

| Damaged Shipment |
| Note that all items are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. Please open your items and packages immediately and carefully upon receipt of shipment to ensure all items ordered are present and there is no damage to the products. You should report any damage within 2 days of receiving. We'll be happy to assist you with filing a shipping claim; however damage/lost claims are buyer's responsibility. We WILL NOT process a refund or exchange until the claims process is complete. This process typically take 2-3 weeks. You must keep all packaging materials. To help you with the claims process we will gather information for you and file the claim with the shipping company. Any refund will be subject to the limitations of the shipping company's damage claim policies. We will refund the exact amount that the shipping company approves the claim for. We are not responsible for any lost items delivered to the wrong address provided by buyer. |

| Cancellations: |
Orders can only be cancelled at no cost to you by the end of the transaction day, orders cancelled after this will be accessed a 10% cancellation fee. Orders that have been processed through to shipping and a tracking number already generated cannot be cancelled. Shipment that's been rejected at the time of delivery will be considered as customer return, please refer to return policy.

| Incorrect Shipment: |
| If you received an item that is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving, we'll give you instruction on how to return or exchange at no extra cost to you. It'll be processed as a normal return case otherwise, and may be subject to a fee. The maximum compensation amount you could claim from us would be up to the merchandise price. |

To achieve your full satisfaction, we'll be glad to refund your money if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.For all returns, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt to require a return number and instructions on HOW and WHERE to return the products, and follow the instruction to return the products ALONG WITH THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL in original condition and in original box within 7 days from the authorization date. The returned items will be thoroughly inspected, and your money will be refunded upon the completion of the inspection should there nothing wrong. We will not authorize a refund for any product that has been misused, improper storaged, modified, neglected, altered including damage caused by shipping. Also, our products are not recommended for outdoor use unless otherwise indicated, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by the weather.

Please note:
1.Buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways, and all returns, including those shipment rejected at the time of deliver are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned without prior authorization, or items not returned in their original box or improperly repackaged will not be accepted. Items that have been displayed and shaped may NOT be returned. Returns that arrive C.O.D. cannot be accepted.
