Regular return policy
Here at arcadiasilkplantation.com, we want to make sure that you as a buyer are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you and provide you a refund. Please note the following:
- Please contact us before returning so that we may issue you a return authorization number with return instructions.
- Return requests need to be within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We do not charge a restocking fee if items are returned within 14 days.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Arcadia Silk Plantation will not be responsible for any return shipping charges.
- All items being returned must be in its original condition and in its original box.
- A copy of the return authorization e-mail must be included, with the return authorization number written on the box.
- Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after inspection.
Seasonal Items return policy
- All Fall collections cannot be returned after November 12 of said year.
- All Christmas collections cannot be returned after December 15 of said year.
